I would just run a 14 gauge wire from one of the wiper bracket bolts down to one of the steering column bolts. That way it is pretty much unseen.

Next ride will take place in Weare, NH next week. We are leaving on Wednesday and probably coming home Sunday. I'll post pictures of the event. This is the MV show that we attended 2 years ago. Looking forward to the trip.

Guy,
I would like to meet you there to put a real person behind the name. I will be vending and will have a M416 trailer for sale. Look for a 25 mast with an American flag.
See you there

Wow sounds like a lot of fun even with the maintenance along the way. Thanks for sharing.

Today was set up day at Weare. We arrived yesterday around 3:30. Truck and new trailer worked perfect. This trailer pulls very nice and is 900 lbs lighter compared to the uhaul.

I had the back loaded with Mule battery boxes and I had 3 small underbody kits. Strapped them to the hood and drove over.

We went on a short trail ride with 3 other trucks. Rain started around 3:30. Glad I brought my doors.

Did a couple of trail rides today. Weather was good today and supposed to be nice tomorrow. Met a few more 838 members and hung out with Fil Bonica for a bit. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Returned from the show early afternoon today. Was a very good time. What makes this show different from others we attend are the guided trail rides. They announce the range of difficulty (Ice cream ride to extreme) and there is good participation. One ride we were on had 20 vehicles! In talking to Larry Damour Jr., he said his dad was big on the group rides and wanted to keep the shows interesting and fun. Hats off to the Merrimack Valley Military Vehicles Collectors Club. They do an outstanding job.
