Pic is too small to be able to tell what you have but there is no such thing as a carburetor adjustment hose for a M151.

A rubber hose into a hose nipple into an adapter into an elbow which may be threaded? I have no idea but it does not belong on a M0151. What does it say on the tag? Is there a part number?

Possibly, I have never seen an Imco mixer on a Mutt but George is running Propane on his in Holland. But automotive mixers did not have push on hoses!

A CNG kit, I am not even sure I can get CNG around here! Propane is what I am used to seeing for dual fuel kits.
