Oak Tree Survivor

Unread post by Hambone » October 6th, 2022, 4:54 pm

The first jeep I ever bought has been under a shed that was crushed by a big oak tree about 8 months ago, finally got the shed torn down and was very lucky to find that my only damage was a crushed bow. The jeep hasn't been started in a year, charged my 3 year old batteries, had to file the points and it busted right off, it was stored with premium non ethanol, I feel much better now that it survived and is running well. :D

It was buried under the shed on the other side of the jeep with the cover, the jeep with the cover survived unscathed.

Negative. He washed it. If it had rained it would have pine needles all over it. :D

Correct, it was in bad need of a bath, it had been under the shed for months, covered with dust and pollen, it also bent my hood up a bit.
