12v-24v question, failed search

Unread post by fergrn37 » August 14th, 2019, 10:57 pm

Mostly for rickf, but anyone can help.

Sometime back there was a thread with a relay arrangement for running 12v except during starting, that's when the relay thing came into play. Can't seem to find it through the search function. rickf had said he was going to save it.

So any clues?

Go to wiring issues,10-23-2009, or to the sites type in 12 volt starter relay in either the tech or general subject

Thanks Mark. All that gets me is your current post here. Tried the 12v, 12v relay and 12v to 24v starter. No joy.

That would be a "Series Parallel Switch" as used on the older 18 Wheelers . :)
