Did these have turns signals in the rear ? I know they had none in the front.

Ya, add the turn signals, then it becomes a 151A1

I was saying that when you add the turn signals lites/turn signal control lever to a m151(which had none) then it becomes a m151A1.I think the 151 had one rear brake light?

You CAN add turn signals to a straight 151 but that does not make it an A1, There is a lot more to it than that. The A1 has the raised and reinforced bosses in the front fenders for the turn signal lights. The A1 has the third blackout brake light on the right rear. Not to mention a few body differences.

From what I've seen the differences in the body panels are:

Rear panel on the 151 does not have the blackout light AND the stiffener rib in that area is longer on the 151.

Passenger side rear fender support on A1 has a kick up on the bottom for clearence for the blackout light.

151 Rear floor panel has interrupted stiffener ribs.

151 front floor drains have turn covers.

151 front fenders do not have the turn signal mounts and the bolt pattern for the blackout light is closer to the hood by approximately 3/16".

151 has bolt on footman loops.
