Back then, when I got my 151, I had to repaint the area from between the wheels to the back, the front is in its original paint. What needs to be done since then is applying the correct marking on the bumpers, left USMC, right the 6-digit hood number.
As such I am looking for a good source to have paint masks / stencils made.
That's the jeep as I purchased it in 2004, the USMC can be barely seen on the left bumper:
I was able to save the hood markings, as part of the export process they were oversprayed with black paint but I could sand that away to bring them back.
(in the background the frame of my M201, repaired after someone cut me off...)

i go always to a print shop this can can make decals
go for a removable type
ask if he take the text out so it will be a template before he puts the background on it
