Hello folks...... here's a new batch of pictures sent to me by Lindsay for sharing with you. Here's Lindsay's message accompanying the photos..... Enjoy !

Dear Ken,
I hope this note finds you well.
First off Merry Christmas! And a very Happy New year!
This project was intended for a client that backed out half way through the build.
He had shown me some pics online of a 151 being used in Desert Storm as a recon ? scud missile painter by the 101 abn..
It was towing a 416 trailer in the pics witch I will be doing to match.
I have some pics to share with the group at your leisure!
As always, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR THIS COMMUNITY!
Best Regards
Lindsay Orr

(ps...love those tires ! Ken)

I don't see a vent line for the gas tank, did you run it to a different location? Other than that it looks good, a little too much add ons for me but I guess that was the later style. I am an old fart.

Merry X mass . Rick!
You said it not me!
The vent line is attached to the top of the carb and runs back to the gas tank.
What am I missing and how do I install it?
The vehicle has a pungent smell of gas in the garage.
It does run perfect though!
This vehicle is NOT nor will IT ever be for sale! It goes to my Daughter who loves it as much as I do!( shes only 17)

That is your fuel return line from the carb, you should have a vent line that comes out through the same grommet as the wiring and goes along the fender inner edge to the air cleaner and tee's into the air cleaner at the same place as the fuel pump breather vent line. I am not exactly sure where the vent line ties into the emissions tank, I would have to study the manual. It normally would have been part of the closed emissions system but since that has been eliminated you need the vent line as you have smelled.

This one of the jeeps I don't understand. There is so much energy, money and craftsmanship put into that truck but the small details are just not correct. Why not going the last few steps and make it right? I would be ashamed opening the hood to anybody who knows M151s (for everybody else that of course does not matter).

Hey guys, I think I posted this earlier.
This truck is set up this way for the MVPA winter rally.
As soon as it is over we will be toning her down a bit and installing the emission system.
Guns will be removed and rear seat will be installed!
Those tires make all the difference in the world! I can't believe how quiet it is and handles extremely well!

Tires are cool! I wonder however if they rub if you actually go off road with them.

And good to hear that you will bring it back from this fantasy configuration. Of course you can do whatever you want, but please make those funny looking red tubing go away, including the yellow radiator cap. And I have never seen a safety hook on a 151, that lettering is something you find on a M35 hood, or am I wrong?

Ok , All HATERS!
I have driven this truck off-road as much as I can (sandy roads, rutts) NOT rock crawling, and yes they fit!
Got the dimensions from FATHER Fil Bonica(checked them twice) before spending 2000.00.
This is NOT a FANTASY TRUCK.
I will find the picture and have Ken post it again!

I have other MV"S that I can run off road why destroy this one!

What color should the Vacumee lines be?
Will I be sending new pics of revised pics _NO!!!

A legitimate question was asked and it did not warrant a smart a**ed answer! And you know as well as anyone the lines are supposed to be natural color and yellow is the universal automotive color for diesel fuel. Are you going to put diesel in the radiator? You made a nice looking vehicle for a show and you do this to get comments but when people on here comment you get upset. Why? It is your vehicle to with what you want but when you go far outside the norms then people are going to comment and you have to expect that. And if you are going to do that you need to have thick enough skin to just plain ignore it.
