We used wooden poles and spreader "bars". Now there is a metal kit that opens/spreads like an umbrella near the middle.

Coleman's Military Surplus has the 10' x 20' US GI Camo Netting set, complete with poles and spreaders, and the carry bag, for $74.95.

Thats where I got mine....even still had the little metal rings that are supposed to screw with radar....
