JFYI - 24v take out coils for sale

Unread post by m3a1 » December 2nd, 2019, 12:15 am

Not sure where or how to present this but I think you guys ought to know about these, just in case you are wanting some back-up coils on your shelf.

I am not affiliated in any way with this fella but have successfully done business with him on past occasions. He states they have been tested and he has a 100% approval rating.

All those came from Red River, I showed them how to test them, I also told them that doesn't mean they are good when they get hot.

Capitalism at work. How do you think surplus dealers stay in business? How do you think any chain of commerce works? Buy low, sell high. Personally I would not pay that much for a used 50 year old coil but if you have nothing and you need it what are you going to do?

Four things -

1. The coil represented in the photo has excellent looking potting material at its base.

2. The seller tells potential buyers the coils are 'tested' which strongly suggests that he/she is willing to assure potential buyers that they will be satisfied with the quality of the product.

3. The seller maintains a 100% satisfaction rating on eBay which can be tough to do, especially if one is selling take-out parts. From this alone, I'm rather sure the seller is interested in customer satisfaction.

4. The seller can be contacted prior to purchase if you have questions on guarantees.

And again, I plainly state that I have no personal or financial affiliation with the seller. I simply felt that this might be an opportunity for our members and have presented it to the group solely for that reason.

Cheers,
TJ

Nothing wrong with it I guess. Red River has always sold good, quality military stuff. :!: :!:
