The other half of the shovel bracket die pictured yesterday. Needs a little more work.

First part came out very close. Needs some slight tweaking as there is a small crease by the center point but I'm happy with the first attempt. The locating tab at the bottom with the hole will be removed. This and other holes are for locating in the die.

Doing a one-off. I'm impressed by what my "guy" is doing. This is a good catalyst to fine tune and offer the tool box and battery floor.

Guy, Someone was asking if I had a shovel bracket and I told him you were now making them. He is semi-local to you from Hanover, PA. and should be contacting you.

Very nice!!!!! I was not aware that you had made the cowl sides yet. If I can get my outbuilding situation straightened out soon I will be getting them for mine.

If you did it is in the shed with the rest of the body parts I have accumulated from all the places that made them. I still have a set of the original Fla. Tactical front fenders, I would be curious to compare them to Guy's to see how they match up. They made some really nice stuff up till the guy trashed their files and then personal problems got in the way. Mr. R knows that whole story as he was working for them.

Yes they had a lot of STUFF, the metal shop that was making them got a new CNC machine and the guy that was programing it thought the right and left files were repeats and deleted 1 each of them without regard to right or left side! :? I didn't work for them directly but for the Owners Father Ed. The store is now under new Ownership and not doing much with vehicles or parts.
This is Ed's yard where I worked.

I had a request for a muffler heat shield. Soooo, we made a few to put on the shelf. We'll spot weld the brackets on for the final product.

Nice, Now paint that with silver ceramic paint and that would be a good insulator. While it is off you could also put something like this on the underside of the floor above the heat shield.

What I do while I'm at home waiting for the carpet guy to finish:
20211029_101810.jpg
A2 rear cross member and brackets. We've made a few of the cross members. Now to make them with tail light, shackle brackets and inner cross member brackets. Test pieces have been laser cut, we'll form up next week.
