M151 MP Warning Light Mount Arm

Unread post by m75 » May 31st, 2024, 2:13 pm

Looking for the mount that secures a single red 24 volt warning light to the top of the cowl on the left side. This is an off-set mount with threaded post that goes into the cowl, and a rounded portion that has the mounting hole for the light itself, similar to the mount for the BO drive lamp. I tried Federal Signal site and online search. I have the lamp, just looking for the mount.

if your lamp will fit, you might consider using the same mount supplied for the B/O drive light on the other fender. that's what i did.

Not speaking with any real degree of certainty but, all sorts of independent mounts are very commonly found in the farm tractor trade; often used for auxiliary lighting. You might want to check with some of the larger suppliers of vintage tractor parts such as Steiner or Yesterday's Tractor or other. A great many parts are being reproduced for vintage tractors so your chances may be good.

Cheers,
TJ

This popped up on eBay when I looked under "farm tractor light mount".

The mount arm seen beneath this light is the mount I am looking for.
