M416 Trailer pick up

Where I live in south western New Brunswick we are right next to the Border of Maine. Whenever we travel west to Ontario, rather than drive hours north and go through Quebec, we drive through Maine and enter back into Canada around the Quebec/Ontario border. This way we avoid most of Quebec, want to continue further west through the USA and enter Canada in Ontario, but we have yet to confirm a route. Anyway looks like I found a shipper to get my M416 trailer here through Uship.com. Drop it off in Calais ME. Does the M416 trailer have drain holes in the tub ?

It has drains but the valve needs to be open or you will have a hot tub. The 416 had deep water fording ability so those drains can be closed. That is if they are even still there. Be careful with U-ship, I have been burned twice by them. They get the contract but then do not pick up the load when arranged. Sometimes for weeks. U-ship is just a broker and they give the jobs to whomever is on the list. A trailer should not be much of an issue but vehicles on the pother hand are a BIG issue.

You might want to try United States of Freight. I had a FLU419 picked up from Eastern Surplus a few years back and they delivered it to North Georgia. They undercut everyone else's prices and delivered early. The driver helped me unload and hung around for two hours helping me get it running. Fantastic service.
