Can't Decide Which One Is My Favorite

Unread post by glcaines » March 27th, 2025, 4:53 pm

I've had my first M151A2 (1979 AMG) for several years now and it looks and runs great. Even the radios work well. Then I found a second M151A2 (1973 AMG) at a private museum in Alabama that was 100% rust free and zero damage anywhere. And, it had a fording kit installed. I purchased it via auction. After several decades of storage, I now have the second one running great as well. It is amazing how the two drive and feel different when driving them. I'm not sure which one I like the best.

NICE! Same, I have two A2's, one we think is 76 one 74-5, one snorkeled one not, both run differently, one (snorkeled) the motor just feels smoother and more balanced, trannie smoother, the other which is my fav, runs great but motor not as smooth.
