It's no secret an A&K airsoft M60 won't directly attach to a USGI platform pintle. After you grind the sides of the receiver to narrow it for the back mounting point to fit and then dremel-enlarge the square opening in the bottom of the handguard you still lack the pin in the handguard that the front hook of the platform pintle attaches to.
Here is my 3D printed solution. This was just a quick prototype print to verify dimensions. The final version is wider so it can't move side to side. It works well and is very solid. It has survived a weekend of bouncing around offroad and several trips on the road to get ice cream. It sits in the bottom of the handguard and is sandwiched between the handguard and the gas tube. It rests against the front of the receiver so there is no movement in any direction. I can send anyone the file that has a printer and needs this or I can offer them for sale if desired.
