Re: can't post pics
I just checked and learned that imageposter.com has gone out of business and therefore the link here for images will no longer work. I will find another solution in the near future.

Re: can't post pics - THE SOLUTION.....
You want to post a photo to accompany your comments on the G503 board
The photo you want to send to the G must already be "on the web".
If it isn't, then you must first upload it to your webspace (or someone else's space) where it will be permanently available.
If you have your own webpage or webspace, then scroll down to the section titled "Posting other people's photos to the G503 directly." midway down this page.
=================================================================
If you don't have a webpage or you don't have your own webspace, then you can upload photos to Brian's "photo-board" which you can find at:-
http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/
Please note that you will need to "sign up" to become a member of the photo-board so that you can upload photos to it. Don't panic, registering is real easy. Once you are a member, there are easy-to-follow steps on the photo-board to help you upload your photo, so here's what you do:-
1. Go to the G503 PHOTOALBUM at:- http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/
2. If you are already a member, skip down to (8) below.
3. If you are NOT a member, click on "register" on the right-hand side of the page.
4. Fill in the registration form and keep a note of the user name and password you choose.
5.Click "submit registration form" to send. You will receive an acknowledgement.
6. As long as your username & password are not already taken, you'll get confirmation.
7. Now you can use the Board as a member.
8. On the main page, click on "login" and enter your username & password.
9. When login is successful, click on "My Photos" on the left of the page.
10. You should see the Home>Member Galleries>your username on the left of the page.
11. Move across the page and click on "Upload Photos"
12. Click on "browse" to search your computer for the photo you wish to upload.
13. Select your photo and click on the "open" box.
14. The location of your photo ON YOUR COMPUTER will appear in the box alongside the "browse" button.
15. Now scroll down the page to the "Upload/Submit" button.
16. Click to upload and wait for a small "thumbnail"of your photo to appear.
17. Scroll down the page to find the box marked "UBB Code".
18. Now copy and paste that address...which should begin with to the end of the address.
6. Using the example address given earlier, this would then appear as:
In other words, it's the location address of the photo you want to use, with [/img] at the end.... (make sure you include those brackets) and an includes THAT FORWARD SLASH....as per [/img]
You can also use this method if you find a photo anywhere on the web.
Technically, what you are doing is adding a link to the photo in your G503 posting!
Hope this helps...........
