got mine today---need some work but all present and accounted for, except for two reflector bezels. both wiring harness and vehicle cable need to be replaced, but i think flmv has them NOS, unless someone here ended up with a NOS spare they would like to get off their shelf. anyway, towed it home 100 miles with no trouble. 1967 CEMSCO M416, used by us forestry service for a while, needs a paint job but is pretty straight, considering the life it's had.
as of today, jan 14, DMV got their act together and sent me the clear title and a license plate.only took them since october last year, but at least i got it. i'm sure others have also experienced the joys of dmv paperwork,
but i'm glad to have this behind me.

Re: M416 trailer
One of mine is also a 67 CEMSCO. Hard to imagine you didn't post a pic.

Re: M416 trailer
the DMV is making me crazy---five of them couldn't figure it out, and i stood at the window for almost 30 minutes.even with an original SF97, and the trailer with me for them to look at, i don't have registration or title. they told me it could take 1-3 months, but no actual time commitment was made. they did , however, figure out how much money i had to pay them.
