Re: The worst A2 ever ?
Looks like the section in front of the rear wheel/far side. The closest side very hard to make out, maybe part of the dash?

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
Most of that can be bought from Guy, main rails look ok.
Re: The worst A2 ever ?
Yea, but look further back at the rear cross member that the rear suspension attaches to, that is also gone and nobody makes that one.

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
I don't think they had those cross members because if you look in the manuals it says if there is any corrosion on that cross member the body is to be scrapped and not repaired since it is a suspension member.

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
Not really, with all the parts available today the only thing you would need to fabricate is the rear cross member. And maybe some of the smaller body parts. Anything can be saved if you put your mind to it.

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
It was the original cross member, not a patch panel, leftover from the factory like all the other panels, at one time he had most of the panels and supports for the jeep, he still has hundreds of RH full A2 front fenders.
Re: The worst A2 ever ?
Oh heck...all you'll need to sort that out is a 5 lb. maul, a box of sidewalk chalk and a Henweigh....

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
I don't think you'll catch Rick again with that Henweigh. Have you considered a Piecost?

Re: The worst A2 ever ?
I'm on vacation this week but when I return there should be a crate at the shop with NOS front and mid cross members. I'm excited!
