No half tracks this year. Hopefully there will be more “participants” next year. There are others vehicles in the area. Just have to get the word out.
Was lots of fun. Met lots of nice folks.

Some of the pictures don't add up. Why Is a older gent wearing 80's/90's cammies/BDU's with tan boots ?
Kind of like carrying a M-16 in WWII. lol
Or wearing a 80-90's helmet in WWII

Most likely because that is what is available to purchase nowadays. I have a few pairs of tan boots and I am just a bit "Older". Any original clothing I had from 1971 is long gone not like it would fit me anymore anyway. Plus, think about this, the 80's and 90's were 30-40 years ago and that gentleman would have been just a bit younger back then and could very well have been still in at that time.

This guy was at the rally. BDU’s and spit shined Corcoran jump boots. Uniform of 80’s until late 1998 at least. I know because I was wearing these uniforms during that time period myself.

Those are spit- shined leather boots. Not the ready made shine boots. Never had any of those made to shine.
