What is the tool in the picture with the paper plate and the ink pen I know what those two items are the rest of the pic
I found this in my tackle box that I had misplaced to tackle box several years ago like 11 after house burnt but your buddy might stored it in his barn I want to try to send a picture of it. I think it's a takedown tool for a I think maybe a 1911 but I've looked up kind of looks like something I've seen but maybe it's a different maybe one of you guys on sure what are you guys can tell me what it is. Herman Stephens 151 A1A August 7th A1 seventh one I've had are rebuilt I know I did to A to Z 3 A 1 and then flip the couple if you know what

I have seen that tool before, it is not for a 1911 since they are self tooled. I do not remember where it was I saw it nor if it was even weapons related.

Pre WW2 colt takedown screwdriver for a 1911. According to one place on the internet they are extremely rare. Only manufactured in 1918 and 1919 but who believes everything they read? I'd give you a dollar for it but I'm sure someone here would offer $2 right after.

I stand corrected!! I guess after that year they were told by enough people that between the lip on the magazine, mainspring screwdriver end and the hammer strut you have all the tools you need built right in.

Surveyor, "That early emergency brake handle is rare as well". I wish I knew that.
