Does anyone know what this brace is for? It came with my M151 antenna corner mount kit, but the instructions don't show it.
EDIT: I now know what the bracket is for. I've seen several posts on different sites that state that this bracket is unused and the purpose of including it in the installation kit is unknown. Unfortunately, I read those posts. In TM 11-2300-476-14&P, if you look on Page 2-28, the diagram shows this brace. It is #13 on the diagram. The purpose is to obviously provide extra support to the antenna mount.
