Re: Generic jeep
It looks like a skid steer tire on the back.

Re: Generic jeep
Are you trying to compete with Jason to see who can buy the most in one year? How many you up to now?

Re: Generic jeep
My wife says I have an addiction , but my kids are out of college so now I have my allowance back , I only buy the cheap stuff, can't afford the restored ones and probably won't get around to restoring the ones I already have , my kids have no interest in them, which saddens me, but it's about all I spend my money on, still have to pick up a 12 pack for the weekend , but I'm not the kind of guy that comes home from work and hits the recliner. Maybe I do have an Addiction , but It's a good addiction to have, at least I think so . Rick, I think I have 15 M151s but only 5 of them run.

He wanted to keep the back tires, said he was going to put them on his Bronco.SturmTyger380 wrote:It looks like a skid steer tire on the back.
Re: Generic jeep
Are they skid steer tires or 4 ply tractor tires? I tried skid steer tires on my Jeep once, not worth it, too hard.

Re: Generic jeep
Finally started bringing my latest purchases home, didn't get to keep the tractor tires, jeep is in descent shape, little rot in the front cross member and battery box, frame is uncut, looks like they cut all the fenders off?? whoever welded them back on did a good job, just need to grind the crown out of the weld.Only 3 more trips, 140 miles round trip.

Re: Generic jeep
Got home with #2 of the 4 pak I bought, I like the suicide doors with the roll up windows , bottom side isn't too bad either.

Re: Generic jeep
Yup! but welded back right, no patches. What can you expect, all 4 for $1500
Re: Generic jeep
All four pieces for $1500, Not bad.
Yea, you got a good deal on those if just for parts.

Re: Generic jeep
Just picked up a couple 1942 ford script bodies, I don't own any early jeep stuff but I couldn't resist, he let me have them dirt cheap.
Re: Generic jeep
Great find and I'm jealous! If I lived closer to you guys, I'd be flat broke and shoeless.
Re: Generic jeep
Man, those things are like gold hens teeth!!! Put them on the 503 and you will get real good money for them. That will pay for even more junk!!
